When the catalogue is just a starting point
The sixteen selections in the 2026 catalogue are a vocabulary, not a cage. When a project has needs of its own — a missing product, a box that has to look like you, a recipient who deserves a different tone — we open the table and work bespoke.
Product substitution
Every selection in the catalogue can be tailored: remove a wine, add a balsamico, or replace a cured meat with a vegetarian alternative. The structure remains; the contents become yours.
Off-catalogue products
If you are looking for a product we do not have, we will find it. Thirty years of relationships with producers exist for exactly this: finding the right thing and verifying it before proposing it.
Bespoke box development
Formats, materials, internal honeycomb inserts, finishes: when volumes justify it, we design the box around the contents, not the other way round.
Coordination with your visual identity
Corporate colours, an embossed logo, dedicated ribbons and paper bands, cards printed with your artwork. The gift speaks the language of your brand.

All questions →What happens if a product is no longer available?
We replace it with an equivalent product and let you know before packing. Equivalent means the same role in the selection and the same level: a Guerzoni vinegar in place of another condiment, not a drop in quality. If you would rather wait for availability, we can move the delivery.
Can you put together alcohol-free selections?
Yes, and they are not stripped-down selections. In place of the bottle come products of equal weight and value: Alpe Pragas preserves, Vanini chocolate, Di Martino pasta from Gragnano, honeys and preserves. Tell us in the Composer with the Alcohol-free tag and the composition is rebalanced while keeping the same tone.
What about coeliac or intolerant recipients?
We put together gluten-free and lactose-free versions with certified products. Every product carries a full label with allergens and origin, so recipients can read it without having to ask. Let us know how many boxes you need in a dedicated version: we prepare them separately and mark them for internal distribution.
