Terms of use

The REGAL GIFT s.r.l. site is a tool for browsing and contact: it presents the selections, the producers and the bespoke-project service. It is not an online shop. There is no shopping basket, no payment and no prices: every commercial relationship begins with a written quote.

Texts, layout, illustrations, trademarks, selection names and photographs are owned by REGAL GIFT s.r.l. or by their respective authors and producers, who have granted their use for presenting the selections. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

• —browsing and printing the pages for internal use by a company evaluating a purchase;
• —sharing links to the public pages;
• —quoting short excerpts, citing the source.

Without written authorisation, it is not permitted to:

• —reproduce the photographs or texts in third-party catalogues, price lists or materials;
• —systematically extract data, through scraping or automated tools;
• —use trademarks and names in a way that suggests a commercial relationship that does not exist.

The Taccuino articles, producer profiles, compositions, weights and stated products are descriptive in nature. We take great care with them but do not guarantee that they are always complete, up to date or error-free, nor that the site is available without interruption. Reference availability varies over the season: actual availability is confirmed only in the quote.

The assistant's answers are generated automatically and are purely indicative and informational. They do not constitute a contractual offer, an irrevocable proposal, or a commitment on compositions, quantities, availability, timing or economic terms.

Only the written quote issued by REGAL GIFT s.r.l. and the subsequent order confirmation are binding.

The site may link to third-party sites, for example those of producers: we have no control over that content and are not responsible for it.

We may update these terms and the site's content at any time. The applicable version is the one published, with the last-updated date shown at the top of the page.

Use of the site is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the site and these terms, the Court of Reggio Emilia has exclusive jurisdiction, save for the mandatory jurisdiction provided by law when the user acts as a consumer.
