REGAL was born in the early 1980s at the foot of Quattro Castella, in the Terre di Matilde di Canossa: the corner of Emilia where Parmigiano Reggiano and Aceto Balsamico were born. It is here that we taste, choose and compose — then we travel across Italy only when a territory does something better than anyone else.
