Content first
A selection is born from tastings, not from a name. Once the products are settled, you notice the selection is already telling a story: a territory, a moment of the day, a kind of table.
The name has to do one thing only: be remembered by whoever reads it on the card.
Then the word
The name comes last. That's why we write the names by hand, in a single script across the whole catalogue: it's the only liberty we allow ourselves.

What we discard
Anything that promises more than what's inside. If a selection holds three products and a leavened product, it won't be called Gran Riserva.
