The file is the project
A delivery to two hundred addresses is won or lost in a spreadsheet.
- name and company of the recipient
- complete address with city, province and postcode
- the recipient's phone number: the one that saves the delivery when the office is closed
- assigned selection and card wording
One package at a time
Every selection travels alone, with shock-absorbing protection for bottles and jars and a plain outer cardboard packaging. The recipient opens the box and finds the selection intact: that is the first impression.
Across two hundred shipments the average doesn't count: what counts is the last one to arrive.
Exceptions are anticipated
Closed sites, relocations, addresses two years out of date. We factor in a small share of re-deliveries and we handle it, provided there is a single contact to notify.
Timing
With the list ready, a multi-recipient delivery goes out in stages over five working days.
In brief
- How do multi-recipient deliveries work?
- A file is needed with the complete address, contact and phone number for each recipient. Every selection travels individually with shock-absorbing packaging and a plain outer box; departures happen in stages over five working days.
- What happens if an address is wrong or the site is closed?
- We handle the re-delivery ourselves, notifying the single contact indicated by the company: on large lists a small share of returns is normal and already anticipated.
